A club built by its community
Kestrel Bay FC began with a borrowed set of nets, eleven dockworkers and a patch of uneven grass by the harbour. Fifty years on we field senior men's and women's sides, a full academy from under-8s to under-18s, and walking football for our oldest supporters — all on the same badge.
What never changed is the deal: honest effort, football played on the front foot, and a ground where every kid in the district can see themselves in the shirt.

Attack with courage
From under-9s to the first team we press high, play forward and back our players to try things. Mistakes made being brave are coached, never punished.
Develop everyone
Every child plays, every squad rotates positions, and late developers get the same patience as early stars. Pathways stay open at every age.
Belong to the bay
Free Saturday sessions, school partnerships and community clean-up days keep the club woven into the town that built it. The gate is always open.
